The energy transition in tools... The Mission for Energy Transition makes it easier to stay informed!
Maintaining the momentum in favour of the energy transition by highlighting examples of change in the public and private sectors; showcasing what works; setting an example to encourage others to act...
In the five years since it was created, the Mission for Energy Transition has boosted its visibility and communications tools to help stay connected with you.
Videos, social media, maps, newsletters, websites – we bring the information to you!
Want to make sure you don’t miss a word we say, a thing we do or an event we organise?
Here’s a reminder of the different tools we use:
Websites
We have two.
The Mission website sets out all of the different aspects of the energy transition in Monaco (https://transition-energetique.gouv.mc/ ). What exactly does it mean and why is Monaco undergoing an energy transition? What means of action do we have? What grants and subsidies are we putting in place?
The website, which aims to be exhaustive, covers sustainable construction, a calendar of our events, renewable energy and electric transport in the Principality.
The Carbon Coach site was created in 2020 (https://pacte-coachcarbone.mc/ ), in partnership with the Digital Transition Office.
This digital membership, monitoring and support platform for National Pact signatories is embodied by a colourful character: Coach!
Sign up to the Pact, select your actions, carry out a carbon assessment, apply to the Pact Ambassador programme... the platform will help you at every step, and ensure that you have access to the latest news, initiatives, events and monthly challenges.
In addition, it’s useful to be aware of:
- Your Monaco (the showcase site for the Ministry of Public Works)
- The site’s Energy Transition section: https://yourmonaco.mc/Section/transition-energetique
- Map showing real-time availability of Monaco ON charging points: https://yourmonaco.mc/carte

Maps
To encourage people to give their consumer goods a second lease of life, the Mission for Energy Transition recently created a digital map listing repair and second-hand outlets in Monaco for domestic appliances, electronic devices, clothes, bikes, furniture and more.

It supplements the map of clothes and toy collection points and the links to the map of water points and fountains available at:
